problems in property business development and to grow in number of
experienced personnel in property business, and continuously improve the
quality of its human resources through education, seminars, and

Currently we are looking for high profesional, hard working & result
oriented candidate to fulfill the following position as :
SALES & MARKETING STAFF
Responsibilities:
• Suggest innovative marketing ideas and proactively develop deployment strategies to expand to grow market share.
• Responsible in strategic planning & implementation of sales,
marketing, operations, merchandise management, and . You are also be
leading the team to their best potentials in achieving the brand’s
objectives
• Responsible for sales and marketing activities, and have a good
coordination with intern and extern for each marketing program. Having
good relationship skill with existing and new customer.
• Having strong analytical thinking, sales skill, promotion,
negotiation, good communication, strong leadership and also Computer
literate.
• Building good relationship with clients and explore new business opportunities.
Qualification :
• Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable University, Having
min. 2 years experience as Sales and Marketing Manager is a must
(preferable from Property, Automotive or Consumer Goods company.)
• Male/Female 21- 35 Years Old
• Computer Knowledge
• Proven track record of sales
• Possess leadership qualities and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Outgoing, service minded, resourceful and independent working person.
• Good Presentation Skill and negotiation skills and able to develop good relationships with customer
• Hard worker, highly motivated, fast learner, multitasks, well organized, able to work under pressure.
